Article 1 - Definitions
Under these circumstances, the following definitions shall apply:
Cooling-off period: the period within which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal;
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a profession or business and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur;
Day: calendar day;
Continuous transaction: a distance contract for a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or performance obligations of which are spread over a specified period;
Durable medium: any instrument that enables the consumer or entrepreneur to store information addressed to them personally in such a way that allows future reference and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.
Right of withdrawal: the consumer's option to withdraw from the distance contract within the withdrawal period.
Entrepreneur: a natural or legal person who offers products and/or services to consumers externally.
Distance contract: a contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer under an organized distance sales or service-provision scheme without the simultaneous physical presence of the parties, with the exclusive use of one or more means of distance communication up to and including the time at which the contract is concluded.
Means of distance communication: instruments that can be used to conclude contracts without the consumer and entrepreneur being physically present in the same space at the same time.
General Terms and Conditions: The General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur shall apply.

Article 3 – Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers made by the entrepreneur and to all distance contracts and orders concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.
Prior to the conclusion of the distance contract, the text of these General Terms and Conditions shall be provided to the consumer. If this is not reasonably practicable, the consumer shall be informed before the conclusion of the distance contract that the General Terms and Conditions are available for inspection at the entrepreneur’s premises and will be sent to the consumer free of charge as soon as possible upon request.
If the distance contract is concluded electronically, the text of these General Terms and Conditions may, notwithstanding the preceding paragraph and prior to the conclusion of the contract, be made available to the consumer electronically in a manner that allows the consumer to read it and store it easily on a durable medium. If this is not reasonably practicable, the consumer shall be informed before the conclusion of the distance contract where the General Terms and Conditions can be accessed electronically and that they will be sent to the consumer free of charge electronically or by other means upon request.
If, in addition to these General Terms and Conditions, specific product or service conditions apply, the second and third paragraphs shall apply accordingly, and in the event of conflicting terms, the consumer may always invoke the provision most favorable to them.
Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions become wholly or partially invalid or lose their effectiveness at any time, the remaining provisions of the contract and these General Terms and Conditions shall remain unaffected, and the invalid provision shall be promptly replaced by mutual agreement with a provision that comes as close as possible to the original intent.
Situations not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions shall be assessed "in the spirit" of these terms.
Any ambiguity regarding the interpretation or content of one or more provisions of our General Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted "in the spirit" of these terms.
Article 4 – The Offer
If an offer has a limited validity period or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
The offer is non-binding and without obligation. The contractor reserves the right to modify and adjust the offer.
The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products and/or services offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow the consumer to make a proper assessment of the offer. If the entrepreneur uses images, these represent a truthful representation of the products and/or services offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
All illustrations and specifications in the offer are approximate values and cannot constitute grounds for compensation or termination of the contract.
Product images truthfully represent the products offered. The contractor cannot guarantee that the colors displayed exactly match the actual colors of the products.
