How does it work?
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your Comfylife purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we gladly offer the option to return the product.
Return Conditions:
Goods should be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
Return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the order. After approval, you have 7 days to ship the product back.
The buyer bears the cost of return shipping.
1. Register
You can only report a return within the first 14 days after receiving your order. What should I mention in the email:
– Reason
– Order number
– Name/address details as specified in the order.
Please ensure that you return the product in its original condition/original packaging.

2. Packaging
Pack your items. Do not forget to remove or cover the old shipping label. Instruction:
Pack the package exactly as you received it.
Please ensure that the package is packed in such a way that it arrives at Comfylife undamaged.
Print out the delivery note and include it with the return shipment.
Stick the return label over the old shipping label.
3. Send
Hand in the package at a post office. Please keep your receipt until we have processed your return. You are responsible for the shipment and for ensuring that the return package arrives properly with us! We cannot assume any responsibility if your package is not properly registered and does not reach us.

4. Refund
Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the products for any damages and/or signs of use. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase price to you within 5 business days via the original payment method.
Note: Please pack the item carefully and, if possible, in its original packaging. Ensure the package is properly packed and sealed. You are legally obligated to handle the product with care to avoid damage. Comfylife reserves the right to claim compensation for damages to products caused by insufficient packaging.
